Dan and I decided to go to the Manti Temple in Manti, UT. It was a wonderful calming, relaxing and fulfilling day. Here are some pics of the massive structure built in 1877. It amazes me how the pioneers built such a beautiful edifice. There are some other pictures along the way. The horses are for the benefit of our sweet grand daughters who enjoy those beautiful animals. Love to all.
Side note: The next day (May 3rd) we had a wonderful but short vistit with Roger and Deon Cole who stopped by on their way north to Salt Lake. So sorry we didn't take some pictures. They looked great and it was really special to see them. Thanks Rog and Deon for taking the time out to stop.
This house was in Manti...loved the stone...hum..who is that taking that picture???
Charlie, I found your closet........in a little town called Gunnison, UT on the way to Manti.
Loved the little colt...
Sorry you have to turn your head for this one...I rotated it but it didn't stay . This was an LDS chapel in Manti which was built in the mid 1800's. They have renovated it and it is beautiful. More pics to come.
